Information you give us
The only place this website asks for personal information is the enquiry form. When you complete it, you give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, which is optional
- Where you are starting from, and the range of capital you have available to invest
- Whatever you choose to write in the free-text field
You do not have to complete the form to read this website. Please do not send us financial account numbers, card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the form.
Information collected automatically
This website is hosted for us by a third-party hosting provider. Like virtually all web hosts, they record technical information about requests made to the site, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you requested, and the time of the request. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
When you submit the enquiry form, what you entered is stored in a database hosted for us by a third-party service provider. They process it only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
This website does not set cookies, does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and does not store anything in your browser.
Fonts loaded from Google
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address and basic request information. We do not control what Google does with that, and you can read Google’s own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only so far as they need it — for example our website host, the provider that hosts the database where enquiries are stored, and our email provider. They are required to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
If you enquire and do not become a client, we keep your enquiry for up to twenty-four (24) months so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the engagement lasts and for as long afterwards as we are required to, or need to in order to deal with a possible claim.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Email info@selltrix.co and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local law; tell us where you are and we will honour what applies.
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything highly sensitive through this site.
Children
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so clearly.
